5 Podcasts Goal-Getters Must Listen To

I love podcasts (especially self-development podcasts), I listen to them when I walk the dog, on my commute to work and sometimes even in the shower. There is so much to be learned by listening to these amazing people's thoughts on personal development. If you are looking to elevate your life then turn off the music and turn on podcasts. You can get just so much inspiration from each episode. Here are some of the podcasts I am loving at the moment for self-improvement.
Earn Your Happy - Lori Harder
This woman speaks to my soul. I love everything she stands for and on one of the first episodes I heard from her it actually gave me chills. She was talking about shame from past actions and how we need to leave them behind because it doesn't serve us.
I love how she speaks and delves so deep into issues that you can always relate to.
Expect to hear interviews with other inspiring people as well as "Quickie" episodes where she gives you a quick dose of inspiration.
She has also just released a book that I have ordered myself. It's called A Tribe Called Bliss and I can't wait to get stuck into it because no doubt it will be just as beautiful as the Podcast.
Order it here.
Style Your Mind - Cara Alwill
This is slightly more business focused but with a dose of glam - if that makes any sense. She comes across like an old friend that just wants the best for you.
She is the founder of The Champagne Diet and covers topics to help boost your confidence and happiness which in turn will elevate your business and relationships.
She has numerous books out too which I am so excited to read.
I have her book Girl Code: Unlocking the Secrets to Success, Sanity and Happiness for the Female Entrepreneur - a mouthful! Buy it here.
The Health Code - Sarah Day
Sarah is first and foremost a Youtuber who focuses on Fitness and Wellness. She takes a holistic approach to looking after her body and she is always so upbeat and fun. Plus her boyfriend Kurt is such a great laugh as well.
In this podcast, they focus more on their health and fitness lifestyle but in a laidback approach. They sometimes have conflicting views on some of their points so it is nice to see from both points of view. This also clarifies that there is no right answer for health, as long as we listen to our own bodies.
They cover other topics lightly such as career, relationships, and lifestyle as well. But if you are looking for a great health and fitness podcast, this is a great one to start with.
Follow Sarah on Youtube as well here.
The Smart Twenties Podcast - Sam Brown
This podcast is a lot less edited than the others. Sam just sits and talks about a topic without editing it afterward which I actually really like. It feels more real.
Sam is a blogger who speaks about perfectionism, procrastination and overwhelm. She really delves deep into mindset and how our thoughts and fears affect what we do and how we move forward.
I love the way she speaks and articulates her ideas and feel like I can really relate to her.
This podcast is great if you have been wanting to start something for a while but your thoughts and mindset are holding you back. You will quickly notice that Sam is a normal girl who is just pushing herself to achieve her goals.

Girlboss Radio - Sophia Amoruso
I am sure you have heard of Sophia Amoruso - the founder of Nasty Gal. Now she runs Girlboss, a platform that inspires women to build careers for themselves.
In this podcast, she speaks to successful women in all areas of business. She seems like she is already friends with all of her guests as well so it is really nice to hear them open up to her and it sounds more like a conversation than an interview.
This might be a little weird but I actually love the sound of her voice as well. Definitely one to listen to if you want to hear from super successful business women that are killing it right now.
I have also read Sophia Amoruso's book #Girlboss. This is such a popular book for ambitious women. There is a reason for this - because it is so good. Purchase the book here.
